How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
We offer Standard and Express shipping options worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, while international shipping can take 5-10 business days depending on the destination. Free shipping is available on orders exceeding a specific threshold.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain items like intimates and final sale products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' to help you find your perfect fit. Since our pieces range from bodycon to oversized, we recommend checking the specific measurements and fabric stretch information provided for each garment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' services such as Afterpay, Klarna, and ZipPay, allowing you to split your purchase into interest-free installments.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
